Associates at the counter take as long as possible per person to make them feel special. Line moves slow as molasses.
I always got what I needed from no matter where they are located. I have been banking with Chase since I was 18 and in college, now I am 29 years old and that's a long time to be with a bank. The only thing I want back is my Chicago Bears card again!!
Every time I come there is a line at the atm because one of the 2 atms are down. And can't get to the one inside because chase is closed.
We arrived to the bank 15 minutes prior to closing. After waiting 15 minutes with no one checking on us, a bank employee came and told us they were now closed and they couldn't help us. There was also another customer waiting longer than us who needed a simple password reset and she was also turned away. If you're a current customer, it's clear they don't care about your needs. Stay away.
