This location is very clean and professional. I appreciate the therapists taking the time to educate their clients and also making suggestions for future visits. They really take an interest in your health!
Accidently booked an appointment with this place thinking it was in valpo instead of being courteous and changing my appointment time they charged me a 50 percent cancelation fee and staff was super rude about it.
I love it here!! Staff is always welcoming & professional. My favorite therapists are John & Esteban!
Every time I come they have messed up my appointments. Either giving me therapist I did not request or different appointment time after calling to confirm the day before.
I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone & everyone! They make you feel comfortable and they are very professional. The girls at the front desk are friendly & knowledgeable. I've had Stacy & Elizabeth as massage therapists and both were wonderful. I can't wait to go back and have bought gift cards for family members as well.
