Nice bras
I was in the Avenue store on Sunday, November 20th about 3:10 p.m. In the 35 to 40 minutes of walking around the store and trying on clothes, I was never approached by a sales representative. There was one customer at the register so I figured that is probably why I was not greeted by one of the two store employees upon entering. However, as I exited the store there weren't any customers and still no attempt was made by either of the employees to address me as a customer. Customer service is very important in the retail industry and perhaps the ladies at this location should be reminded on how important customer satisfaction is to the success of a business. More than likely, I will not return to this location and I will tell people I know not to shop here as well.
