I can't believe the state of this store... so messy and disorganized. Reshop is absolutely everywhere and team members stand around talking.
I mean it’s target, who doesn’t love spending a few hours checking out the deals here. Yeah it’s very busy currently but it’s the holiday season. Every store is nuts preparing for all those crazies! But the employees are very helpful and polite even while they’re crazy busy. Great deals going on currently, pre Black Friday.
To all staff of guest service, I ordered a book online for my wife and needed you to wrap it up for her as I mistakenly ask my wonderful wife to pick it up for me (I know, dumb right?).
I had a baby 1 week ago, and went to Target to redeem an online deal where if you buy $75 of baby merchandise, you get a $20 gift card.
I had received an anniversary redcard coupon by email, so i happily took myself to the store to use it. After i had gone home, i realized that there were 3 items rung up for the wrong price. When i went back to store to verify the price, Jenna at the customer service desk was rude about the incorrect price i was being charged and at first would not honor the correct price that is still posted on those items. Then she did correct the prices but would not honor my coupon that i had used that day. The price difference was not just a few cents, but $8 and some change. Not only was i inconvenienced by having to come back to the store but i also had to deal with an attitude of customer service. They would not honor my redcard anniversary coupon for their errors. I will not be coming back to this store. Obviously my inconvenience is worth more to me.
Well the wonderful woman I spoke with on the phone was more then willing to help out a absent minded husband in his hour of need. Thank you for helping me, have a wonderful christmas and a great new year!
I am deeply disappointed with the terrible customer service I experienced.
I told them that they could search my purse. After arguing with them for 20 minutes, they finally issued the $20 gift card, but did not even fully refund me for the double charge of diapers. They told me they had to process the refund as a return, so I was only refunded $25 instead of $30 for a double charge and mistake of the cashier.
Upon checking out, the cashier scanned my phone, but did not give me the gift card at the end of the purchase. When I asked him to give me the gift card, he stated that he couldn't even remember scanning my phone, and could not issue the gift card despite the fact that it showed on the receipt. He sent me to guest services.
After spending 20 minutes that I don't have to spare right now as a new mother, being accused of trying to steal a $20 gift card, and not being fully refunded for a double charge, I will not return to this Target.
At guest services, they also refused to give me the $20 gift card. That is when I noticed that the cashier had also double charged me for $30 diapers. I asked to speak with a manager, who accused me of taking the $20 gift card.
My recent visit to this Target was by far my worst shopping experience to date.
