Eduardo helped me make my Beat X Headphones purchase. Very knowledgeable individual, and he even helped me checkout in the isle on their new mobile-cashier computers they carry around their neck. Very fast and easy service. Will return again!
Not one person asked if I needed help. They were all too busy on their phones & chatting with each other. When someone did help me they were very nice, but in the store for more then 20 minutes & nothing was said to me
Highland store Sucks!! I'll never go back. As I walked around the store for several minutes looking for Amazon fire stick none of the employees that were huddled together ask if I needed any help. Then when got to the front to check there were two Cashiers side-by-side one sitting down at the register on her phone, so I asked you on break no I'm just resting my legs. Best Buy needs to invest in a break room.
Whoever Ofelia is, she needs to be removed from the phones. My sons PS4 froze continuously on Christmas and she lacked empathy when I called the store for help. It’s a shame how she rushed me off of the phone and told me that she couldn’t help me “I just answer the phones” instead of directing me to the right department or transferring my call. I’d also like to add that upon arrival to the store to pick up the item (purchased online) the PS4 box was tattered on the edges and my concern was brushed off. I exchanged the item at the Homewood, IL location which is further from my home and received EXCELLENT customer service. Ofelia was rude and condescending. I won’t be back.
Very tentative employees, it’s nice to go somewhere and know the employees care to help! Never a problem to return/exchange. And who can’t leave with a smile when that awesome bearded dude greets you coming in and says bye when you leave! (And he seems very sincere too!!)
