Spent 90 bucks to ship my TV in for warranty on top of 25 bucks in packing materials. Upon arrival to the warrenty center they informed me the broke my tv further in shipping and to file a claim with the shipper. UPS denied my claim and said that it was improperly packed. I dont know what they wanted me to do to ensure it was. I loaded it with bubble wrap ,plastic wrap, cardboard etc. Their shipping guidelines arent posted anywhere in store. I called the store for them to re submit my claim and try it again and they said oh it was denied. So I called UPS and they said it was never resubmitted! They lie to you here and then screw you. There poor shipping voided my warranty and I got screwed. Stay away. Your better off going to the post office
I went there to get a paper notarized and I noticed the notary lady being rude to the customer in front of me. Then it was my turn and it felt as if I was not a paying customer and they were simply doing me a favor. This lady was so rude I almost walked out of there. I did not have time to go else where or else I would have. I never write reviews but this time i had to go out of my way to write one. Too bad they don't have a no star option.
I missed one delivery on Tuesday, instead f them coming back the following business day, I get an email telling me that I can go pick up my package at a store that's not even close to where I reside. I calls them Wednesday and explain that UPS makes 3 attempts to drop off packages and that was only a first attempt so why haven't they been here yet, they tell me that they are not coming today but they will put in a request for them to come on Thursday........here it is Thursday and still no attempt from UPS!!!!!!! I'm beyond fed up and if I don't get my package tomorrow I will be complaining to corporate!!!!!!!
