Found them on Google, knew nothing about them except for the positive reviews (and I admit, the name is pretty cool too), so I called to have flowers delivered to a nearby office for a friend's birthday. The woman on the phone was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. Somehow, they were able to deliver 30 of the most beautiful yellow Tulips (in early February!) in a snow storm within a couple hours - all for a little over $1 a Tulip. My friend who received them was really impressed by the quality of the flowers and vase, and also the delivery person (he wanted to see her reaction). A week later, the flowers still looked great. They have definitely won a lifetime customer with me.

I was just recently married, and Brumm's was the florist for our wedding. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and truly, Jerry, the owner, went above and beyond! The bouquets complemented the girls' dresses perfectly, and the flowers enhanced the photos, which took place at both the church and the reception. For us, we were not sure if we would be able to find a florist, who would be willing to go the distance between a church and reception that were two hours apart. However, Brumm's accommodated us and was patient with us every step of the way! And on the hot June afternoon of our wedding, all the flowers held up beautifully!

Laurie did a breath taking job on our ceremony flowers down and on the alter, and centerpieces at our hall! Our bouquets, boutineers, and corsages were gorgeous! I was upset later in the evening when I found out the Mother of the Groom, Usher/Godfather, and Mother of the Groom's boyfriend didnt recieve their corsages and boutineers, but we had ordered them. A week before your wedding, I would recommend doing a final count. Other than that, we had multiple compliments from guests on how beautiful our flowers were!
I received excellent, above and beyond, customer service. I learned about the funeral just this morning around 9:00 Chicago time/ 10:00 Indiana time and the service was at 10:30 Indiana time. The wonderful person on the phone was a JOY to work with. She understood how urgent the request was and worked swiftly. She assured me they would deliver the arrangement quickly and even snapped a photo on her cell phone of a gorgeous bouquet that we could send and sent it to me via text. I didn’t think customer service like that still existed! Needless to say, I am delighted. Highly recommend this florist!
