The scheduling is complete trash, and needs to get out of the Stone Age with this pen and paper BS. It's the 21st century, start logging your appointments in a computer like any respectable company. Made an appointment a week in advance for a wedding. Called to confirm and they couldn't find it, get a call back 2 minutes later saying they found it and to be in at 7. Come in at 7 and all of a sudden they can't find it and I have to sit and wait behind a group of little girls getting their hair dyed. Only 2 people working. Still sitting here an hour later.
Santos cut my hair and he did a very good job. I've been there twice before and left very happy. The staff members are very personable and accommodating. I'll be back for my next cut.
