Been going here for years. They have great deals on used games. They offer more more money for trade ins then Gamestop. The store credit system is pretty awesome. Only once did I get a game from them that didn't work. The disc was cracked. I took it back the next day and they replaced it immediately and snapped the cracked disc in half and tossed it in the trash.
Alright so I went to Disc Replay to get an Xbox 360 game and I wanted Dance Central. So I pick up the game and I go to the register to pay for it and the lady takes like an hour to get me the disc. Then she's like, oh I'm sorry it's unavailable. Like why would you put it on the flipping shelf if you didn't have it. I had to go get another game and then test it! It took forever!! Seriously Disc Replay get your act together!
Very friendly staff, very helpful. Goes above and beyond. Organized and clean store makes it easy to shop.
Place has everything I wanted or was looking for customer service is amazing this whole chain of stores are definitely five star worthy.
Despite recent events, me and Disc Replay are kinda tight. Since they bought our games and offered us like 25 dollars, but they didn't take my scratched Red Dead Redemption.
Recently remodeled, this place offers a great selection of a lot of items. From toys to videos games, DVDs, BluRays, CDs, electronics, etc. A very huge selection. If you're looking to trade in your items this is the place to go. They always offer more than Gamestop and other competitors. All around a great place to shop.
