Four seasons techs were unable to rod my clogged sewer , plus they broke off the cutter and it was jammed inside the sewer line , i had to pay another company to retrieve the broken piece , plus they quoted me a rediculous price to install a clean-out in my sewer line , and that part of my deck would have to be removed . My deck wasn't touched and the other company installed the clean-out for less than half the price Four seasons was charging me.
Beware of this unethical company. I contracted and paid them to rodd a sewer line, only later to learn they did not rod the line. Ultimately, they admitted the work had not been done and agreed to refund me the money. Despite multiple calls, faxes to them, I have never received a refund - or even a return call. Do not use them!
