I wish I could do negative stars. Never have I ever been treated with such dismissal. The lady was so rude and unprofessional I don’t know how they let her work with the public. Seriously disgusted
I've lived in places all around the country and this is the absolute worst one that I've ever been to. I moved and they won't forward my mail. They lost a money order that I had mailed and it took 3 months to cancel it and get my money back. Total nightmare. Go somewhere else if you can help it.
The people who work here are extremely rude, impatient and condescending. I will be sure to take my packages to UPS from now on. The older white lady with the glasses at the front counter is awful. Don't understand how she is still employed there.

Horrible! I sent out about 55 invites to an event that i needed RSVP to track how many dinners I am paying for. As time went on..... I kept hearing that a lot of people didnt receive the invites so far after a full week and 3 days only a small percentage received them and from areas as close as Highland/Griffith and as far as Texas. I think next time i have something important going out that cost me time and money along with I really neednit to get to the person I am sending to, I will utilize a different postal service. I mean what did they do with them? Seriously?! A waste of money on invites, envelopes, return stamps, return envelopes and rsvp cards. I hope that they send someone in to inveatigate them, get rid of all the useless workers and try to maybe get more than a 1 star average and juat over the past week?! Something isnt right!
