A little pricy but good food

I love this place. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great drinks. Owners are wonderful. You just don't find restaurants like this anymore. Staff very efficient. No one is rushing to get you out of there. I don't get to go that often, but when I do it is my ultimate dining experience!!!
Locally owned for a long time, this place has a great atmosphere. The owner hand cuts a lot of the meats, the seafood is flown in from a supplier. It's small and quaint, and it's not cheap but it's not crazy high either. They generally have dinner specials on the weekends for about $20 per person before apps and drinks. Friendly local place, a good foodie find.
First time dining and totally disappointed I had the so called famous fried chicken and it had zero seasoning and no taste at all . My wife had Canidian salmon fillet that still had rubbery skin left on one side. My son had so called gulf shrimp that was served looking round like onion rings terrible, the relish tray had warm cottage cheese and canned bean salad.The place had a moldy Oder throughout and to top it off the waitress stood over the table when she handed me the check and stared at me while I counted my money to pay the check.Over a hundred dollars for a miserable dining experience. Never again and I don't enjoy leaving such a poor review but I have never felt so ripped off in my life.
