A friend of mine was treated with the utmost disrespect! The customer ( my friend) misplaced the title to the car he brought from this lot.He was told it would take 2 weeks to get a replacement title. When my friend went back to the lot where he purchased this car,he was met with a VERY aggressive owner of the lot! The owner pushed my friend and then grabbed my friend by the back of the neck and forced him out of the office! The police were called! My friend still doesn't have his title to the car! I wouldn't buy a can of soda from this person! Treat people THIS way and nobody will buy from you!
I bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in February and in March I had the choice to sell it, or put $3,000 in work into it. Anast (the owner) promised me that there were no problems and that he has his mechanic do a thorough inspection of all of his sales vehicles. Very wrong. The night I brought it home, it died. No power at all, it was a bad alternator. Anast made a house call, which was very nice and fixed it for free. The next week, the water pump breaks, again he came to fix it for free. Then a week after that, after it was supposedly "looked over" by his mechanic, I had a bad transfer case, drive shaft, brakes, radiator, tie rods, wheel bearings, spark plugs, front wheel alignment, and oil pan. Don't believe a word this guy says! Go have the vehicle checked out by a mechanic. I'm now $9,000 deep in a car worth $4,000! He promised me I could drive across the country with no problem. Think before you buy from him.
Extremely satisfied with my recent purchase. Anast, was willing to go above and beyond to help me buy my car. I've had my car now for 6 months and I'm happy to say everything is great! I would highly recommend them. Thanks again guys
Simply cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this set up, documentation is not completed in a timely manner, staff give inaccurate information. The owner is utterly disrespectful, has anger issues, is argumentative, sarcastic and uses foal language. I have already filed a complaint!!! AVOID!!!!
One of the most honest dealships I have come across. I came to buy a specific vehicle and they wouldn’t sell to me due to the vehicle having a problem. They tried to get the vehicle repaired but the repairs were costly and decided to remove the vehicle from their inventory. They offered to contact me when another vehicle in my search criteria was available. I will definitely come back and purchase a vehicle from them and will tell everyone I can about them.
