Took almost 3 hours to get my car in. Finally gets finished and as I'm pulling away I hear a clunking noise. They put my tire on and the rim was hitting the caliper! Lucky my whole brake wasn't torn off. It then took another 25 min to just fix that. Price was good but clearly arent paying attention to detail. Be weary!
I am really pleased with this Discount Tire. Visited a different one in the Palos area and will never go back. The service is outstanding at the Highland, Indiana tire store and will return there verse's going to anywhere else.
Clean store. Great deals. Customer service is top notch. Love the free bottle water. Got a great value on tires, with protection added on with no cost and always coming in to get them balanced and rotation. Only issue is my rim caps keep getting lost every time I come in.
Great prices. They work fast. But best to set an appointment - then you get right in!
